Jane it was wonderful to hear from you - glad the cookies made it safely !! Rainy, cool and no sun today - what is the weather like there? Glad to hear that Mom and Dad are there safe and sound as well. Off to a wonderful dinner I presume.

ReplyDeleteLife is busy here. Way too busy. I am up to my eyeballs in minor hockey and it really has become my full time job. I find myself working at it until 11:00 pm most nights. I know a little of that is just the perfection part of me but the other is that there is so much to do. Hopefully in a couple of weeks everything will be back to normal... (I doubt that).
Meghan is busy with golf. She made the U19 golf program of excellence for the province of Ontario. She was extremely happy. She has training camps in Arizona, South Carolina and British Columbia this year. Her goal is to make the national team next year so hopefully she will work hard to fulfill that goal. Kelsey tried out for a rep volleyball team and made it. She practices Fridays and Mondays of every week. She loves it and is also doing fencing at school (which she also thinks is pretty cool). Greg made his rep hockey team this year and has been busy playing and practicing. He is now the assistant captain on his team and is pretty proud of that. He turns 13 tomorrow...WOW, my baby is 13. No big plans but he does want to have some friends over.
Meghan and Brian and off to Notre Dame this weekend for a golf tournament. They have been busy putting out letter to College coaches this week. Stanford sent Meghan a letter and that is her dream school. They recruit based on academics so hopefully she can keep her grades up and get a spot on the Standford golf team (Michelle Wie and Tiger Woods went to Standford).
I'm off to a cross country meet this morning. I will be working the finish line. It looks like a great morning for a run!
